Are these easy fan lashes?
No. Easy fan lashes have a glue strip at the base that pulls the fan together for you. Ours are single, loose-based fibers that spread open on their own when you pick them up. You're making a real handmade fan, it just happens faster.
What's the difference between .03, .05, and .07?
That's the thickness of one fiber. Thinner means you can put more in a fan without overloading the natural lash. .03 is for volume and mega volume. .05 is for lighter volume, usually 2D to 5D. .07 is for wispy and hybrid work where you want a few thicker spikes.
Which curl should I order?
C is the safest starting point. CC and D give more lift and open the eye, best on straighter natural lashes. L is for lashes that grow straight down or hooded eyes. If you're only stocking one curl, get CC.
Can I mix curls and lengths in one set?
Yes, and you should. Most sets use two or three lengths and sometimes two curls. That's what makes a set look designed instead of flat.
How many sets does one tray do?
Sixteen rows per tray. Most artists get several full sets out of one depending on how much you use and how careful you are with the strip.
Do these work with my adhesive?
They'll work with most. The method was built around ours though, so if your glue is too thick or dries too slow you'll be fighting the base no matter how good the fiber is.
Do I need special tweezers?
No, use whatever tweezer you're comfortable with. That said, ours were designed alongside these fibers, so if you want the one-handed fan to feel effortless, pair them.
